DESCRIPTION

Roselli Wootz UHC Chef's knife represents Roselli's Astrid series; a line of products defined by their light, thin and durable Roselli Wootz UHC steel blades. All the Astrid series' knives should be washed individually and dried carefully, avoiding the use of washing machines. The handle of the knife is made from heat treated birch, coated with linseed oil to ensure a firm grip even while wet. Chef's knife comes with a birch knife rack coated with linseed oil.
